I am pleased to announce that MediFlight of Oklahoma recently entered into a partnership with RSQ911 Solutions to launch a web-based survey tool that will allow us to capture key insights and measure customer satisfaction at every stage of a flight.
This survey tool is an extension of our commitment to provide superior services to patients and their families, as well as the pre-hospital and hospital caregivers we work with everyday. As our valued partner in emergency medical care, I am personally seeking your input to ensure that our organization can address opportunities to better serve you and the patients we collectively serve. The survey will enhance communication between our organizations by giving you the opportunity to provide real-time feedback regarding our interactions at a patient care / flight level. At the same time, we will provide timely follow up if opportunities for improvement during a flight are identified.
At this time our crews have started handing out surveys to your staff on each flight. The survey takes less than a minute to complete and the results from each flight will be reviewed to ensure your satisfaction during our interactions with you. We look forward to launching this tool, and we look forward to receiving your responses and feedback.
